2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons (holidays, sales, etc.).
- Luxury Gift Packaging: Each item is carefully packaged in premium gift boxes to ensure a luxurious presentation upon arrival.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1-3 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping: Delivery times and rates depend on the destination country. Estimated delivery time ranges from 5-13 business days.

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout before finalising your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Insurance
For your peace of mind, all orders are shipped with insurance coverage to protect against damage or loss during transit. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately.
6. Signature Required
For added security, we require a signature upon delivery for orders above a certain value. This ensures that your luxury gifts are safely received by you. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, a delivery attempt will be made, and instructions for rescheduling will be provided.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs processing, or carrier delays). We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control but will do our best to assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information (including your address, email, and phone number) is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at cozygifts@gmail.com . If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
11. Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for assistance.
For lost packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
